Revision Spine Surgery for Cervical Instability - Cervical laminectomy This Iraqi Patient presented to us with History of Cervical spine surgery and Significant Neck pain. He had undergone Cervical Laminectomy in Iraq but for last few months his Neckpain was increasing. His Xray showed gross Instability in Cervical spine with compression at C34 level. He Underwent Lateral mass screw fixation. He tolerated the procedure well and was discharged on third day
