Revision Spine Surgery - Decompression And fixation L4 to S1 This patient presented with history of back pain and pain going into both legs. He had history of previous spine surgery in 2017 after which he was better for few days but again had recurrence of symptoms. His new MRI showed L5 S1 Adjacent segment degeneration with Lumbar canal stenosis. He underwent Revision Spine Surgery by Dr Pramod Saini, Spine Surgeon at Jaypee Hospital Noida. After Surgery he showed significant improvement in pain and was discharged after 3 days. On follow up his walking and standing time has increased.
