Spinal Tumour and Paraplegia 21 year old male presented to us with severe back and leg pain with absent movements in legs since 3 months. He had been diagnosed elsewhere as a case of metastatic tumour of spine with spinal cord compression. He had been advised surgery at multiple centres but due to fear of spine surgery he was taking treatments from quacks. After thorough counselling, he underwent Laminectomy and fixation. Biopsy and PET CT showed it to be synovial sarcoma. He was started on palliative Radiotherapy 2 weeks after surgery.
