spine fracture and paraplegia 40 year old female had fall from height with frature in spine and weakness in both legs. she also was not able to pass urine. She underwent surgery after 2 days of injury. Her spine was fixed with pedicle screws and rods and nerves decompressed. After surgery she underwent physiotherapy and rehabilitation. at 3 months patient is walking with support and has regained her urinary control.
