Surgery for Failed Back or Revision Spine Surgery Sometimes patients develop new symptoms after First Spine Surgery. for example pt may develop Reccurrent disc prolapse or may develop infection or may develop impalnt failure and deformity of back. Even in these cases a properly done redo surgery can give excellent results. For example, A patient presented with back pain 3 months after Microdiscectomy for Slip disc at L45 level. His MRI showed signal change and paravertebral collection. He underwent debridement and fusion with pedicle screws and was completly alright in 3 months.
