TB of spine/ potts spine A 65 year old female presented to us with severe back pain and inability to sit or stand for last 3 months. she had been taking tuberculosis medicine for last three months without any releif. Anew MRI did not show any improvement. She underwnt dorsal laminectomy and fixation and biopsy. Biopsy showed the pathology to be multiple myeloma. She was started on chemotherapy and discharged on physiotherapy
