This 28 year old girl from Ghaziabd had a fall with L4 fracture which was managed conservatively elsewhere. She developed severe Back pain and was not able to walk and stand for more than few minutes. Her xray and MRI showed malunited L4 fracture with local Kyphosis and Spinal Instability. She underwent Laminectomy, fixation and deformity correction. Her Back pain Improved significantly and she was back to normal in 3 months.
