Thoracic ossified Ligamentum Flavum with Dorsal Myelopathy A 50 year old male presented to us with complaints of imbalance on walking , tingling and numbness in back for last 1 month. His MRI showed D10-D11 ossified Ligamentum flavum with Spinal cord compression and Cord edema. He also had Cervical Spine OPLL with cord edema. Due to Spinal cord edema, patient was counselled for both Cervical and Dorsal spine surgeries. As first stage he underwent Dorsal laminectomy and pedicle scre fixation.He was mobilsed next day from surgery and discharged in 4 days.
