TLIF for L45 Degenerative disc disease and stenosis This 52 year old male presented to us with complaints of back pain with radiation to both legs causing sciatica like symptoms. He could not alk for more than few minutes due to back pain. He had tried medicines and excercises but did not had any releif. His MRI So he underwent Laminectomy and fusion i.e TLIF. His pain improved significantly and he was discharged on third day
