TLIF for L45 Spondylolisthesis and Sciatica This 67 year old male from Agra presented to us with complaints of back pain and pain going into legs. His walking and standing was severely restricted. His MRI showed L45 slip disc and spondylolisthesis with nerve compression. He underwent Spinal fixation and decompression by Dr Pramod Saini at Jaypee Hospital, Noida. After surgery his pain and walking time improved significantly.
