Tuberculosis of Dorsal Spine A 65 year old Male from ghaziabad presented to us with severe back pain and weakness in legs for last 1 month.His MRI showed spondylodiscitis of D9-D10 dorsal vertebrae with spinal cord compression. He was not able to stand or walk.He underwent dorsal laminectomy with pedicle screw fixation from D8 to D11 vertebrae.His pain improved significantly post surgery .He started walking on day 3 and was discharged.
