Tuberculosis of Lumbar Spine 49 year old male from Congo had been suferring from Back pain with radiation to leg for last 7 months. His MRI of Lumbar Spine showed abscess as well as destruction of bones of Lumar Spine resulting in Nerve compression and Sciatica like pain. He was operated at Jaypee Hospital in Noida. He underwent Posterior Decompression and Pedicle Screw Fixation with Biopsy. His biopsy report was positive for Tuberculosis. ATT i.e Anti Tubercular Medicines were started and he was discharged 5 days after surgery. He took ATT for 9 months and follow up MRI showed Complete resolution of Tuberculosis.
