Tuberculosis of Spine/ Pott's Spine 22 year old male had sudden onset weakness in legs with difficulty in walking. His MRI showed Changes in D6 vertebrae with pus compressing the spinal cord. His spinal cord showed cord oedema. He underwent laminectomy and pedicle screw fixation. Patient was started on TB medicines and he gradually improved. Follow up MRI showed complete resolution of infection at 3 months.
