Tuberculosis Of Spine A 45 year old male presented with weakness in boh legs with loss of bowel and bladder control for last 1 week. He gave history of slow onset back pain with history of weight loss and loss of apetite. His MRI showed desctruction D0 vertebrae with compression of spinal cord. PET Ct scan was done to rule out any suspicion of malignancy. Patient underwent laminectomy and pedicle screw fixation. The deformity was corrected and Spine realigned.After surgery patient started showing improvement in weakness and was mobilised. Biopsy confirmed Pott's spine. He was started on ATT and discharged after 3 days.
