Cervical Myelopathy This 65 year old male presented to us with progressive imbalance on walking and his hand grip was weak. His MRI showed multilevel disc compression with spinal cord signal changes consisitent with Myelopathy. He aslo had Cardiac issues becuase of which he had been refused surgery at Multiple places. After proper evaluation, patient underwent Cervical Corpectomy and fusion (ACCF). He was mobilised second day of surgery and dischrged on third day. He showed significant improvement in power and balance.
