Tuberculosis of Spine- Potts spine A 42 yesr old male presented to us with back pain and pain radiating into groin for last 2 months. His MRI showed L1- L2 spondylodicitis with bony destruction with pus formation. He had been on TB treatment for last 2 months but pain was not improving. Due to pain he underwent decompression and pedicle screw fixation with biposy. His Pain improved significantly and eas discharged after 3 days.
