Tuberculosis of spine This 73 year old male presented to us with Back pain with difficulty in walking since last 6 moths. His MRI done three months back showed L1 fracture. But inspite of conservative treatment his pain was not improving. Then he approached us for further treatment. He underwent Decompressive Laminectomy, Pedicle screw fixation, Bone grating and bipsy. His pain improved significantly and was mobilised next day. His biopsy came to be Tuberculosis and was started on Anti tubercular treatment.
