Tuberculosis of Spine - Spinal cord compression with Paraplegia This patient from Bulandsahar, Gautam Budhh nagar presented to us with back pain and dificulty in walkinf for last few months due to weakness in legs. HerMRI showed destruction of Dorsal vertebrae with abscess formation and spinal cord compression. Patient underwent Dorsal laminectomy and pedicle screw fixation. She was mobilised on second day after surgery. her Pain improved significantly and she was discharged in 3 days. She took TB medication for next 1 year. on one year follow up MRI her infection had completely resolved
