Tuberculosis of Spine This 47 year old male presented to us from Hapur with severe Back Pain and weakness in legs for last 6 months, . His MRI showed destruction of Dorsal spine Vertebrae. He underwent Spinal laminectomy and Pedicle screw fixation and biopsy. His pain and weakness improved significantly and He was discharged after 3 days. #back pain #Tuberculosis of Spine #Spine surgery
