Tuberculosis of Spine 48 year old Female presented with Neck pain with radiation to arm with Weakness in legs and hand. She Had difficulty in walking with loss of weight and apetite. Her MRI of Cervical Spine showed complete destruction of C3 and C4 vertebrae with abscess compressing the spinal cord. She underwent C3 & C4 Corpectomy with plating. She improved afer surgery and was able to walk without support after 2 weeks. She took ATT for 9 months and was completely cured in follow up MRI.
